Election Day 2018

Early this morning I went, stood in line and voted. 

I never vote early.  For some reason, (that I  can’t explain), voting early doesn’t appeal to me at all. Instead I like to go to my assigned election place, stand in line and cast my vote  on election day.   Just one of my quirks.

Now I’m in my sewing room staying ‘bizzy”.  I like being busy and since I have lots to do I’ll have no problem doing so.  

I’m working on my latest scrappy quilt-as-you go quilt and it’s going fairly fast which is good because

I have a quilt to finish for a friend, one to start for someone very special to me and 2 to finish for my precious sons. Also, I have many Christmas gifts to make.  There’s 3 block of the month groups  that I follow and since its a new month, I have 3 new blocks from them to complete.  I know it’s  a long to do list but I find having many things to do, oddly comforting.   Haha, another one of my quirks.
