Day dreams….

While sewing this morning I found myself thinking about, you guessed it, SEWING. hahaha

Actually, to be more precise, about teaching quilting and sewing.  About how I’d really like to have a little studio  to work and teach from. I was having fun with the thoughts that were running back and fourth in my mind as I imagined decorating my little sewing place.  About how big it would be, the color scheme, how I’d store items in a pleasing, convenient and space saving manner and,  finally,  where I’d like it located. 

I sort of got stuck on the where, then it hit me. 

Since it’s was my  day “dream” and I could have it anyway I wanted I decided I’d like it “movable”.   A medium sized bus maybe, no a full sized bus, gutted and  turned into a traveling studio.

Thoughts and images flooded my mind.  I could see it in exacting detail and  imagined how wonderful it would be to, not only have an dedicated studio to use all the time, but one that could be moved around as needed. 

 It didn’t last long because I had to  set the day dreaming aside and ‘focus’ on what I was doing so I didn’t end up having to rip out some seams. But……….awwwwwwwwwwwwwww what fun thoughts they were.
