Avocado plants

I was posting these pictures on Facebook but decided to stop using Facebook due to all the drama. From now on I will use my website like I should have been doing all along.  

The following pictures show the growth of my little  plants. I’m praying that they will continue to grow and do well simply because it’s something positive that brings me a little happiness. 

 I don’t remember the date of when I started these seeds but I started taking pictures 3 weeks ago to document the growth.

This is the 3rd seed I started. It’s growth is just starting to peek over the edge of the seed.

These 3 are very new. They are growing roots but they have a long way to go yet.   Sadly the one in the top picture on the left side lost the roots that were hanging down in the water for some reason. I don’t know  why that happened.  I’m not sure if they will regrow???  The other 2 seem to be doing well.

I also have 2 tiny tot tomato plants starting.  

Outside I HAD turnip plants growing but the feral cats kept laying on them and they are now all dead. I have 3 watermelon plants growing but I don’t know if they are going to survive the cats.  I have 3 potato plants in a grow bag but they aren’t doing well.  I feed them, water them and pray. I’ll just have to see what happens.  There’s joy in the “trying” and it’s something positive to focus on besides all the negative that’s  going on in the world.
