Disappointed but “bizzy”
Today is Sunday and I’m disappointed that my son and I were not able to attend church. I’m not sure why but the last few days (and nights) I’ve had breathing issues and today was the no better so I stayed inside.
Inside or out, breathing issues or not……….. I am abundantly blessed and grateful for every moment that I am given.
No matter what, I do my best to stay “bizzy” and be somewhat productive even if I’m not feeling 100%. I don’t like to waste time.
While I was home today I did some work on the sheep quilt. It’s coming along.
Here’s a few pictures that I took.
I also took a couple of pictures of one of our “outside” kitty’s. She’s so sweet. I can’t touch her or be around her but that doesn’t stop her from wanting attention. When I sew she jumps up and gets between the security bars and the window. When I talk to her she’ll rub her head on the bars like I’m petting her. She “talks” to me for a while then she’ll lay up there and sleep while I sew.
Often my son will put on disposable gloves (he’s very allergic to cats) and pets her and plays with her outside. She used to be feral but she’s so tame now and would make someone a very loving companion but sadly no one seems to want her so we love and take care of her even if it has to be from a distance.
Well, that’s enough of my rambling for tonight but before I go
Here’s a hug for you cause we all need hugs!
