Goooooood Morning Everyone 8-1-14
I belong to numerous “groups” for sewing, quilting and more on Facebook (in addition to running my own group and business page there). Late yesterday there was a conversation about “topsy turvy” dolls on one of these sewing groups and a question was asked as to where patterns for them could be purchased.
Well, I jumped in with the answer as I’ve been buying vintage patterns for years (I collect them) and the very best place to purchase vintage doll patterns is

I purchased patterns from Gail long before Facebook or etsy. (I’m showing my age now) It was always so hard to wait on snail mail to bring me my new patterns so I could get started but now Gail has most of them as PDF downloads.
As soon as the question was posted I sent personal messages (can’t post links in the group I was on) to all that were looking for topsy turvy patterns.
Because the requests for the link grew quickly I decided to let Gail know what was going on by emailing her. I also thought it was a good time just to let her know how much I’ve enjoyed the patterns I’ve purchased from her over the years.
Well, what a surprise I got this morning!!! Gail not only responded to my email (I didn’t expect a response) but she mentioned me on her facebook business page and shared the link to my site.

Good morning to ME!
Thank you so much Gail……..…..How Sweet of You!
Now it’s off to my sewing room to get started on a “sister” for Abigail—BTW………..she’s already sold.
