Mondays = Art Journal Class

Today was a productive day for the Journal Art class project.  I finished the outside of the journal.  It is made using a Wheat Thins box covered in paper, muslin, and wall paper samples.  I then got the signatures finished and sewn in. There are only 3 but I wanted room so the decorated pages would fit nicely in the journal without gaping open.  I made a 3 layered pocket to use on  one of the pages. I stuck a few things temporarily  in the pockets just to see how it looks but I’m not sure what will go in the pockets until I’m working on the actual page.  I also made 3 hidden paperclip  embelishments to use.  Little by little the pages will all get filled  up.
