SEW BLESSED
I’m taking a break from my sewing to get something for breakfast as I haven’t eaten yet today and I’m feeling empty.
I have loads of sewing to complete. My “list” ( I’m a crazy list maker) is a foot long.
I need to make 4 ukuleles out of fabric to go with the dolls I’ve made. I want to have them all in the mail next week. The ladies that ordered them have been so very kind and more than patient.
“Thank you sweet ladies.”
I also have 10 dust masks to make and I want to have them ready for delivery asap.Pollen and dust can be so triggering for those of us with lung problems. I don’t want my client to have to wait very long for them. I pray they help filter the air so their breathing will be easier with little or no reaction.
In addition to the above have a few alteration orders and another little dolly order. Yippee-I do love being “bizzy”.
So……it’s back to my sewing room. It’s a happy place for me…………there’s music in the background, the hum of my sewing machine, soft sounds of birds chirping in the trees near the window that I sit in front of while I’m working and the faint laughter and squeals of neighborhood children playing up and down my street. I am blessed!!
